All you need to bring is guests and a sense of fun
As already mentioned each experience is as unique as you, are so you get to choose the theme of the bar and the cocktail menu yourself. For special occasions I’ve even been known to create your own bespoke cocktail to celebrate with style.

Whether it’s a serious class in Mixology and creating the perfect balance of flavours in a cocktail or a hilarious night with friends playing silly games and sipping something tropical or a team building experience with challenges and creating the perfect drink to keep the Boss happy we will guide you through, step by step.
Every guest will receive a welcome cocktail on arrival as we all settle in then we rotate guests behind the bar to shake up a storm. The guests making a particular Cocktail will get to make a full size, perfectly garnished picture perfect drink, everyone else will be invited to try a generous sampler so no-one misses out on any of the different cocktails unless they wish to. In larger groups we continue like this until everyone has had their chance behind the bar.
In smaller groups we may all work together around the bar with me doing a showstopper cocktail to finish with.
In between rounds is the perfect opportunity for a few games should you wish, ive a few themed games to keep the party going.
Alternativley, for team building or just something fun and different you will make and enjoy the same drinks but with challenges and quizzes along the way.
No one needs to miss out I will always make sure there is at least a couple of drinks that can have a beautiful Mocktail version made so everyone can partake in the experience in exactly the same way.
On average with Full drinks and samplers each guest will consume between 4 and 5 drinks and the experience lasts for between 3 and 3.5 hours. I will also always provide a Hydration Station, with fruit infused water as part of my responsible drinking commitment.
If you have guests that wish to go without the alcohol that’s absolutely fine, please advise in advance and I can offer zero proof cocktail alternatives.
But at the end of the day its all about fun and spending time with your group whilst indulging in a delicious drink (or several!!)
WHISKEY TASTING &
GIN EDUCATION
£33pp approx 3 hour sessions
As with the Cocktails you will receive the bar, glassware and all equipment needed for these experiences.
You will receive a welcome drink to enjoy as we learn the history of the spirit and how it’s made.
With Gin we will also spend time together exploring and understanding the all the different botanicals that create the different flavours within.
We will then start the tasting where you will try 6 very different spirits (all high quality, often small batch and artisnal) in different ways to explore the characteristics of each drink and copare these with a flavour chart, noting down your preferences to identify and create your own personal flavour profile chart so you will always know what style suits your palette best in the future.
Whisky has the option of tastings of Scottish Malts, Bourbons or a mixture of both
We finish with a cocktail making session using your chosen spirit which you can relax and enjoy as we have an informal chat whilst I pack away. Leaving you with nothing to do but maybe decide what your next bottle purchase will be.

Perfect for little ones that would like to feel like a grown ups
or teenagers that want the experience and glamour of their own bar or just for those who have made a conscious choice to leave the Alcohol out but still want a fabulous expereince.
